Our Employee Owned Trust (EOT) benefits every employee of Tenos. The primary goal of an EOT is to benefit the interest of all its members – our employees! Double Matched Pension

Automatic enrolment into our pension scheme (unless you inform us otherwise). Your contribution, up to 5% of your gross salary, will be double matched by us, offering you a total contribution of up to 15%.
